Serve in: Martini glass

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Gin

  • 3⁄4 oz. Lemon Juice

  • 1⁄2 oz. Earl Grey simple syrup

  • bar spoon of honey (or spiced honey syrup)

  • Garnish: twist of lemon

Directions

  • If using honey: poor honey and gin in to shaker, mix till honey is disolved
  • Combine with rest of ingredients, shake with ice
  • Strain into glass
