Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Gin or Cognac or Bourbon

  • 1.5 oz. Spiced Honey syrup

  • 2 oz. prosecco

  • bar spoon of honey (or spiced honey syrup)

  • Garnish: twist of lemon

Directions

  • Dip the rim of a glass into honey and then dip into coarse sugar.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Pour the gin and spiced honey syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake to combine.
  • Strain into the glasses.
  • Top with Prosecco.
